Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers patients a higher level of care through focused and personalized therapy sessions over a period of 1-2 weeks. With options for a daily DBT group, case management and individual therapy, our IOP is ideal for both adults and teens with complex or severe symptoms, and for those who live outside the NYC area.

The IOP DBT program serves youth 13-18 with acute mental health needs. This program lasts 12 weeks and requires participants to be on-site a minimum of 4 days per week with three days of 3-hour groups (4-7 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursdays) and at least one individual session (Tuesdays or Fridays for 50 minutes) per week.
